Extremely alkaline, ume plum tar is great for preventing jet lag and immediately soothing any sort of digestive upset. It's ideal for Montezuma's revenge along with overdoing it with a holiday buffet. This supplement is available in most nutrition stores.

B-vitamins, as you may know, help improve your disease fighting capability, keep your levels of energy high, and in addition help keep you mentally calm and focused. This is a special form of iodine promoted way back when by Edgar Cayce. Atomidine sports ths thyroid, has anti-aging properties (like preventing grey hair), and can be used topically for from cuts to bee stings. It is a definite first-aid must. I'm guessing daily at home, and bring it beside me on trips for emergencies. To consider it daily, take one drop with spring water on Mondays, two drops on Tuesdays, three drops on Wednesdays etc through Friday. Consider the weekend off after which begin anew on Monday. 4. StemPlex
StemPlex may be the fix-it for all forms of injuries and strains, along with chronic pain. StemPlex (see Authors resource box below) stimulates the production of adult stem cells in your body, which your body then uses to fix itself. This past year in Cancun I popped my collarbone out of joint while showing someone how you can do an Aikido roll. Yeah, that hurt! But taking 1-2 StemPlex daily has eliminated the pain and helped the healing process tremendously. StemPlex also works on sprains, bruises, chronic pain anywhere in the body, and overall muscle soreness.
5. Blue-Green Algae and Enzymes
Whether you are shopping, eating, celebrating, or perhaps plain making merry, you won't want to be slowed up by low energy. Blue-green algae and enzymes give you the basic nutrition which our bodies need to produce energy. The algae offers the majority of the glycogen, vitamins, minerals, and minerals the body need, as the enzymes make sure that our digestion works well. Prior to leaving for any trip, load up on algae and enzymes, after which take more when needed during the trip. - remedy for jet lag
